This is simple and yet brilliant.

It’s meant to fit with horror themed campaigns. A wild card that the players have to always account for.

If I gave players this I would literally just randomly shriek irl. In the middle of a sentence, while they’re sneaking, in a convo, etc.
As intended.
why not…. drop the box and not carry it
And get rid of a perfectly good box? No way!
